Overview
If there’s ever a problem with your order, please get in touch — I’ll always do my best to help.
Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order if you change your mind.
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you’re entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Cancelling an online order
You can cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it. If you choose to cancel you’ll receive a full refund of the item price and the standard delivery cost paid to receive it. If you cancel only part of your order, delivery costs are not refunded. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.
This right does not apply to:
- Digital downloads, once the file has been downloaded
- Personalised or bespoke items
- Sale items
- Slight seconds or misprint products sold at a discounted price.
Slight seconds & misprints
Occasionally, items with small print imperfections or minor cosmetic flaws are offered at a discounted price and clearly marked as “Slight Seconds” or “Misprints.”
These are sold as seen and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the product differs significantly from its description or arrives damaged.
Sale items
Sale items are non-returnable for change of mind, but your statutory rights remain if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Faulty or damaged goods
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact me at min@curiouskin.co.uk within 30 days.
I will cover the return postage and offer a full refund or replacement.
Digital downloads
By purchasing a digital download, you agree that your right to cancel ends once the file has been downloaded.
How to return or exchange
Please contact me at min@curiouskin.co.uk before returning anything.
I’ll provide the return address and confirm the next steps.
When returning, please include:

Whether you’d like a refund or exchange
Please use a tracked postal service, as the item remains your responsibility until received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item to your original payment method.
The original delivery cost is refunded only when you cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (within 14 days of receipt).
Return postage costs

If you change your mind, you’re responsible for paying return postage.

If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, I will cover return postage and refund your original standard delivery charge.

If I arrange return postage on your behalf for a non-faulty return, that cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Unused items may be exchanged for products of equal value within 14 days of receipt.
The customer is responsible for postage to return the original item.
To arrange an exchange, please email min@curiouskin.co.uk with your name, order number and details of the replacement item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your card provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank — there’s often a short processing delay.
