Returns & Refunds policy

Please see below with regards to our returns and refunds policy. Please note this is subject to change. 

Overview

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase I cannot offer you a full refund or exchange;

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some items are non-returnable, these include:
– Artwork downloads
– Personalised or bespoke items
– Sale Items

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please contact me via email and I will do my upmost to rectify any problem and a arrange a refund or exchange. Return address will be provided through written communication.

Refunds

Unused items in the same condition they were bought in can be returned for a refund within 30 days. 

Please rewrap the item and notify me via email  and I will provide you with the return address. 

I recommend using a tracked service as we are not able to process any requests until they are in our possession. 

Please include a note with your name, original order number and confirm that you would like
a refund. 

Please note the cost of returning an item is your own and you will be refunded the price you paid for the item minus the delivery cost (if relevant).

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

I will happily exchange unused items for different products with the same item value within 30 days, however it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the postage to return an item to us.

 If you want to exchange an item, please send me an email to min@curiouskin.co.uk, I will provide you with the return address. 

Please include a note with your name, original order number and what you’re exchanging the item for. We recommend using a tracked service as the item is your responsibility until
we receive it.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Postage

To return your product, please contact me directly and I will provide you with the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service as the items remain your responsibility until I receive it.
