Why I moved my clothing to a standalone Teemill store

A Little Shop Update: Why I’ve Made the Move to a Standalone Teemill Store

You might have noticed a change recently – my Teemill products now live in their own dedicated space rather than being integrated into my main website. I wanted to take a moment to explain why I’ve made this shift.

The technical bit (in plain English)

When I first set up, having everything in one place seemed ideal. But as my range grew and I wanted to take advantage of Teemill’s brilliant seasonal offers and updates, I found myself wrestling with technical limitations that were making life unnecessarily complicated.

The integrated setup was creating challenges that simply meant I couldn’t offer you the best and showcase Teemill at its best.

What this means for you

Absolutely nothing changes from your perspective (well, apart from one extra click). You’ll still find the same quality, sustainably-made products featuring my wildlife and dinosaur illustrations. The shopping experience is just as smooth – arguably smoother, actually, as Teemill’s platform is purpose-built for what it does.

The upside

This move means I can:

  • Keep products updated more easily
  • React quickly to add new designs
  • Make the most of seasonal promotions and offers
  • Keep my main website running at its best
  • Spend less time troubleshooting tech and more time creating

Sometimes the simplest solution really is the best one. Two dedicated spaces doing what they do best, rather than one trying to do everything.

You can find my Teemill store at CuriousKin.Teemill.com and as always, everything is made to order on sustainably sourced cotton using renewable energy.
