Delivery
Please read below for information about our delivery policies. Please note these are subject to change.
UK Delivery
We currently still use Royal Mail to deliver all of our packages. Goods with the following dimensions will be shipped as stated:
- A5 or smaller – 1st Class Signed For
- A4 or larger – Royal Mail Tracked 24/48
Do you offer FREE delivery?
- Free delivery is available for orders over £45. When you get to the check out page, make sure you select ‘Free Shipping’ before checkout.
- We are able to offer FREE delivery on most products to residents in the OX15 and OX16 area.
- If you are local to the above mentioned regions please connect with Min via Instagram or email min@curiouskin.co.uk for more information.
- We are unable to offer this on clothing and bag items as these are made to order and fulfilled by Teemill.
How orders are processed
- Most goods are processed by myself manually. Please be patient with me.
- I aim to have your orders packaged and dispatched within 24-48 hours upon receipt of your order.
- All orders are packaged in sustainable and recycled packaging.

If you need your order in a hurry, please contact me via email min@curiouskin.co.uk with your order number and I will do my best to get it to you or your recipient in time.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer shipping outside of the UK.
Processing times
Cards, gift wrap, art prints and posters
(unless made to order)
These products usually take 1-3 Working days to process.
Made to order and custom orders
These products usually take between 7 and 14 days to process.
Please note the above is just a guideline.
