UK Delivery

We currently still use Royal Mail to deliver all of our packages. Goods with the following dimensions will be shipped as stated:

• A5 or smaller – 1st Class Signed For
• A4 or larger – Royal Mail Tracked 24

Do you offer FREE delivery?

• Free delivery is available for orders over £45. When you get to the check out page, make sure you select ‘Free Shipping’ before checkout. 
• We are able to offer FREE delivery on most products to residents in the OX15 and OX16 area. 
• If you are local to the above mentioned regions please connect with Min via Instagram or email min@curiouskin.co.uk for more information. 
• We are unable to offer this on clothing and bag items as these are made to order and fulfilled by Teemill.  

Why can’t you do free local delivery for clothing?

• All clothing and tote orders are made to order.
• These are processed and fulfilled directly with Teemill.
• We chose to use Teemill for their environmental, ethical and sustainable practices. 
• We do not hold stock for those items because we choose to use the slow business model to reduce waste.

How orders are processed

• Most goods are processed by myself manually. Please be patient with me.
• I aim to have your orders packaged and dispatched within 24-48 hours upon receipt of your order.
• If you are ordering a printed t-shirt, these orders are processed and fulfilled by Teemill, so they will usually arrive within 3-5 working days. I’m working on improving systems to give you a faster processing option if needed.
• All orders are packaged in sustainable and recycled packaging.
