Honey bees are in decline worldwide. Help them by avoiding using pesticides and growing plenty of bee friendly plants in your garden, allotments and community spaces.
Many scientists have done groundbreaking research in the communication of bees. A physicist from Nottingham Trent University called Dr Martin Bencsik has been writing a ‘bee dictionary’ recording all of the different buzzes and wiggles honey bees make.
