There once was a penguin that was over 6ft tall called Anthropornis and it lived in New Zealand.
The yellow eyed penguin may be the most ancient species of penguin.
Gentoos are thought to be the fastest penguin species as they can swim up to 22mph.
They have a special gland that produces an oil to help them waterproof their feathers.
